I just received your “Manage Properties with QuickBooks” guide last week and it is just what we were looking to accomplish. Being able to merge 150 units 8 properties with Gita Faust’s property management system and QuickBooks software is like adding a JET ENGINE to a lawn mower.

I am really finding the program very user friendly. My son Josh (18) taught himself the program and has walked me through the work the system and I am quite proficient now. 'System' that sums up in a nutshell what Gita Faust's course; manual and training help me create for my system. Before the course, like most small business owners I found myself doing all the backend book-keeping; accounting; reconciliation; data entry etc. With her course I was able to standardize the steps of buying a property; steps when new property is rented; when tenant leaves etc. As my real estate business grew from 5 units to 25 units, I was also able to have my assistant take on most of these tasks; thereby freeing up time to do the more profitable parts of the business like networking with other investors; looking for better deals; negotiating with sellers etc.
